Executive Diary is utility computer software for maintaining all business related information from time to time. The software will be of immense use for all those livewire executives who take decisions based on the facts put up by their secretaries. Many times the decisions are deferred and one needs to keep track of them. In absence of a system with automatic reminders many crucial decisions may not be taken on stipulated time, attracting financial penalties to the organization. The designed system addresses these core areas and makes the working of the Executives and secretaries highly streamlined and accountable.
The system allows users to initially define variety parameters through set of predefined masters such as Category Master, Action Master, Priority Master, Reason Master, and Document Master etc. The system has also Employee Master, Customer Master and Supplier Master to access names of the Employees, Suppliers or Customers in connection with whom the matters pertain.
The system allows all the daily milestones to be recorded in the database along with appropriate description, whether pertains to employees / suppliers / customers, category, action, priority, reason, related document, action date, notes to secretary, notes by secretary with date. Once the data is entered, the system with its powerful search facility with multiple criteria options allows desired information to be retrieved instantly. Thus one can see all matters on hold related to employees or suppliers or customers or all matters rejected in last 15 days or look for matters of high priorities etc.
